Reservation Requests

Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee service. All reservations are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by US Luxury Limo.

Pricing & Quotes

All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Changes to pickup location, destination, passenger count, luggage quantity, vehicle type, waiting time, additional stops, or itinerary may result in additional charges.

Flight Monitoring

For airport pickups, we monitor flight status whenever a valid flight number is provided. Pickup times may be adjusted according to actual flight arrival times.

Complimentary Waiting Time

• Airport arrivals include up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time after the flight lands.

• Cruise port arrivals include up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time.

• All other pickups include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time.

Additional waiting time may be billed accordingly.

Additional Stops

Additional stops must be requested in advance whenever possible. Unscheduled stops may incur additional charges.

Child Safety Seats

Child safety seats are available upon request and must be requested at the time of booking. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable child safety regulations.

Luggage Policy

Please disclose any excessive, oversized, or special luggage requirements at the time of booking. Vehicle assignments are based on the information provided by the customer.

Vehicle Substitutions

US Luxury Limo reserves the right to substitute vehicles of equal or greater capacity when necessary due to operational requirements, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances.

Passenger Conduct

For the safety and comfort of all passengers:

• Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

• Passengers must comply with all local, state, and federal laws.

• Seat belts must be worn when required by law.

Vehicle Damage & Cleaning Fees

Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during service. Excessive cleaning, spills, stains, smoking violations, or property damage may result in additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to service qualify for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable and subject to a 100% charge.

• No-shows are considered cancellations and are non-refundable.

Force Majeure

US Luxury Limo shall not be held responsible for delays or inability to perform services caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic accidents, road closures, severe weather, natural disasters, airport delays, government actions, or other unforeseen events.

Agreement

By submitting a reservation request or booking service with US Luxury Limo, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
